1. What are your hours?
1. -We are open from 10am - 5pm seven days a week!
2. -Permanent jewelry is offered from 12-4pm every day!
3. -Online shopping is available 24/7 :) 
2. How much is your permanent jewelry?
1. -Rings- $30
2. -Bracelets- $65
3. -Anklets- $68
4. -Necklaces- $75
5. -+ charms for $30 each
3. Do I have to make an appointment for permanent jewelry?
1. -Never! We actually do not take appointments for permanent jewelry- its always first come first serve

4. Does the permanent jewelry tarnish?
1. -Nope! The chains that we use are 14k gold-filled or solid sterling silver. Our gold-filled chain is made in the USA and the 14K gold is mixed within a base metal, meaning the gold color will not fade! It's a totally affordable price point compared to solid gold-and the results look the same!
5. What is your jewelry made out of?
1. -The majority of our jewelry in the store is made out of stainless steel, gold-filled, or 14k gold over sterling silver! Our silver pieces are solid sterling silver and all earrings are hypoallergenic and nickel-free 🙂
6. What happens if my permanent jewelry breaks?
1. -We hope your permanent piece never breaks but if it does we've got you covered!
1. -The forever guarantee: We offer complimentary re-welding on our chains, always! 
2. -Re-welding jewelry that was not purchased with us: $15 per weld. 
3. -Not available to come in for re-welding? We offer store credit or we can turn the chain into a regular bracelet. Just mail back the chain! 
4. -Lost your chain? Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost jewelry. If you would like it replaced you must purchase a new chain. 
7. Do I have to take off my jewelry when I shower, work out, etc?
1. -You never have to take off any of our waterproof jewelry (this means our stainless steel and gold-filled collection)! We have been wearing ours for years and it still shines like it is brand new!
8. Can you make custom jewelry?
1. -Yes- depending on the product. We offer personalized pieces such as initial necklaces or zodiac charms in our store and we can custom-make beaded bracelets with whatever your heart desires! 9. I want to buy a gift- what do you suggest?
1. -Everyone loves to receive a Nikki Smith gift bag! Feel free to come in and shop- we are always happy to help guide you in the right direction! OR, buy it online and we can gift wrap it for the special someone:) 
1. -If in case they want to exchange it for something else at the store, we are happy to do so, just bring the receipt! We are happy to accept returns within two weeks after the purchase but after that, we will offer store credit!
